DSM’s Strong Commitment the United Way of Central Florida
Lakeland, FL. – June 5, 2011 – DSM Technology Consultants (“DSM”) continues its longstanding commitment to its community with active participation in United Way of Central Florida’s 2011 Annual Campaign. DSM is honor to be one of select number of Central Florida businesses serving as PaceSetters for the 2011 campaign.
David Robinson, President of DSM also serves as the Pacesetter Campaign Chair for 2011. Robinson says that “Nothing makes a community strong like local businesses bringing the same energy to community work that they do in their respective commercial endeavors.”
DSM has extraordinary employee participation numbers in part as a result of the creative challenges from DSM’s executive leadership. In the most recent United Way Campaign, DSM leadership shaved their heads, slept on the headquarters roof, and raise funds in an old school dunk tank. These creative measures helped DSM realize 135% of their campaign objective. With Robinson’s leadership in this year’s PaceSetter Campaign, United Way is sure to meet all of its objectives.
